You are invited to enjoy all the features this program has to offer. But so that no one’s rights are compromised, you are required to abide by certain rules.

Failure to keep to and follow these rules will result in immediate termination of access to this program, without refund or recourse.

By using this website, you agree to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Program Components and Delivery

The program is divided into five components, delivered weekly at a rate of one component per month for five months. Your failure to complete any or all components will not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the registration fee. No exceptions.

Individual Registration and Access

Each registration is valid for a single user only. To access the program materials you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Sharing of User Name and Password is not permitted. User Names and Passwords are offered on a one-to-one basis (one paid participant for one User Name and Password). Any part of the site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with the site as paid users of the site is not permitted. Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network is not permitted. If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used in any of these ways, we reserve the right to cancel access rights upon further investigation.

Copyright and Trademark Law

Do not share, reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented in this program. All content and graphics in this program and website are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties and may not be copied or re-used. Unauthorized use of or copying of content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or criminal liability.

Limited Permission to Copy

You are permitted to print or download extracts from these pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to add to or change the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted to www.fortranslatorsonly.com and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this program. Changes will be effective 3 hours after first posting to the site and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the site after that time.

Force Majeure

For Translators Only shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause.

Governing Law

Agreement under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive venue for any actions or claims arising under the agreement shall be in the appropriate county court located in Jefferson County, Colorado. If any part of this contract is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the contract, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
